So on the Ford Fusion, the oil life gets reset through the menu screen to combine the arrows and the ok button on the steering wheel. So letā€™s do it. Turn the key to the on position. If your vehicle has an ignition button, push the START/STOP button once without step on the brake pedal. Go to the main menu. Turn the key to the second position. If your vehicle has an ignition button, press the START/STOP button once without step on any pedal. Step on the GAS and BRAKE pedals simultaneously. Then you need to hold the brake and the gas pedal down at the same time. So hold them and donā€™t let go and now you will see service oil reset in progress.

Managed to get the oil life back on the IPC but it's now showing 16000+ miles and 260 + days since the oil was changed which is possibly what it was at prior to being removed by Ford when it went in for the software update (Powertrain module). Still can't find an option to reset it without doing so on Forscan.
