On closer inspection, it turned out that the LED unit within the cluster had died, but the reverse lamp was still working. Car was still under warranty from Ford

Parking sensor faults can only be read by a Ford approved scanner which displays 7 digit DTC codes. Mine have a mind of their own, they can work for weeks then from no where a single tone and flashing button.Hi guys, I have a 2008 mondeo and the heaters are not working.. Collected the Mondy last week, I've noticed the heated screen and stop start isn't working. Everything else works fine heated seats, wheel, back windows etc. I understand that if the battery charge is low they won't work.If still not working then there is no power going to the sensors, if they do ‘click’ then there is a problem with the speaker. Assuming the old wives tale about the clicking is true Nice one - The ticking works on my old Mk4 Mondeo, but that had a button on the dash.. I have the Volvo xc60 recharge - CarPlay was a blank /black screen all week. Just got off phone with tech support. Hold the oval home button down and do not release as the system “cleans” and reboots. It took a minute or longer of holding button but then Home Screen reappeared and apply CarPlay was back! USB Port in new Ford Mondeo. I recently bought a brand new Ford Mondeo and selected the Sony in car entertainment system (not DAB) as it had the USB port to play one's music from a USB stick. Their is a connection both sides of the windscreen, the holding bracket on my drivers side came loose and was being hit by the wiper motor linkage and broke the ribbon cable into the screen, the ribbon cable is heavy duty multistrip that plugs into the cable, all strips are the same feed so I just
